LIMITED PRE-ORDER | KETE OF THE GUMFIELDS

A collection rooted in the history of Aotearoa’s gumfields, bringing together kauri gum, raranga and modern fine metals in pieces made here at home.

Created in collaboration with Milla & Rosie of Rerenga Raranga, each piece features a handwoven harakeke kete paired with genuine kauri gum sourced from the Northland gumfields.

Every piece is handmade by young wāhine here in Aotearoa, using locally sourced materials wherever possible — from our Northland kauri gum and harakeke to our sterling silver and gold-filled findings, sourced within Aotearoa.

No two pieces will ever be exactly the same. With the natural variations of kauri gum and each kete individually woven by hand, every finished piece has its own shape, character and details — making yours truly one of one.

Pre-orders are open for a limited time with limited order slots available. Once our allocation is reached or pre-orders close, orders will no longer be accepted.

Your piece is not pre-made. Production will begin once pre-orders close so we can create exactly what is needed and give each piece the time and care it deserves.

Our estimated weaving period is 1–1.5 weeks after pre-orders close. Once the kete are completed and collected, Keela will finish the jewellery, complete final quality checks and pack each order before shipping begins.

As every piece is handmade, please allow for natural variations and understand that production and dispatch dates are estimates.
