We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time.

All prices are displayed in NZD by default. Customers may switch to AUD, and pricing will be converted accordingly.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All Ahi & Wai products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any product.
  • Discontinue products at any time.

PRE-ORDERS

Where products are listed as pre-order:

  • Estimated production and shipping timeframes are stated in the product description.
  • By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept these timelines.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or events outside our control may occur.

SHIPPING

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once orders are dispatched, Ahi and Wai is not responsible for:

  • Postal delays
  • Lost or stolen parcels
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS ๐ŸŒบ

SWIMWEAR

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on swimwear unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Please ensure you check sizing carefully before purchasing. If you require assistance, contact us prior to placing your order.

KAITIAKI COLLECTION (PRE-ORDERS)

All current Kaitiaki collection pieces have been released in limited pre-order drop. Now closed.

By purchasing a Kaitiaki item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This is a pre-order item made in limited production.
  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary. Please review the product description if you need.
  • Payment secures your place in production.

All Kaitiaki purchases are final.

We do not offer cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind once production has commenced.

Due to hygiene reasons, Kaitiaki swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

If your Kaitiaki item arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Remedies will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

JEWELLERY

All jewellery purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind.

If you believe your jewellery item is faulty, you must email us within 3 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the fault

If the item is confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, we will offer a repair, replacement or store credit in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

The following do not qualify as faults:

  • General wear and tear
  • Tarnishing due to improper care
  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, or misuse
  • Broken chains due to pulling or snagging

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty.
